Your reservation is not confirmed until we have your credit card information on file and all your reservations details have been confirmed (usually by phone). Feel free to call us at 1-800-420-7630 (9AM - 10PM Est.) to confirm your reservation.

Cancellation Policy
There is a grace period for cancelling your reservation with no fee if cancelled within 1 day of making the reservation. Otherwise cancelled reservations are subject to a 25% fee of the total reservation cost. Reservations cancelled within 7 days prior to the pickup are subject to 100% fee of the total reservation (just like a hotel reservation). Cancellation fees are charged to the cardholder on file and by making a reservation you agree to these policies
